1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ApprovePilot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ApprovePilot is an AI-powered platform that connects to your Google Ads account to analyze campaign performance, generate optimization recommendations, and execute approved changes on your behalf.

The Service requires authorization to access your Google Ads data through the Google Ads API. By connecting your account, you grant ApprovePilot permission to:

  • Read campaign statistics and performance metrics.
  • Read keyword, ad group, and search term data.
  • Make changes to your Google Ads account (budget adjustments, keyword pausing, negative keyword additions) only after your explicit approval of each proposed change.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for reviewing and approving all proposed changes before they are applied to your Google Ads account.
  • You must have the authority to grant API access to the Google Ads accounts you connect.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Google Ads policies.

4. Google Ads API Compliance

ApprovePilot complies with the Google Ads API Terms and Conditions and the Google API Services User Data Policy.

Your use of ApprovePilot is also subject to Google's Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict between these terms and Google's terms, Google's terms shall prevail regarding Google Ads data.

5. AI-Generated Recommendations

ApprovePilot uses artificial intelligence to analyze your campaign data and generate optimization recommendations. You acknowledge that:

  • AI recommendations are suggestions only and may not always be optimal for your specific business goals.
  • You are solely responsible for deciding whether to approve or reject each recommendation.
  • We do not guarantee any specific results from implementing recommendations.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including AES-256-GCM encryption for stored tokens, TLS for data in transit, and Row-Level Security for database isolation. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APPROVEPILOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, AD SPEND, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by disconnecting your Google Ads account and deleting your account. Upon termination, we will delete your stored credentials and personal data within 30 days.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
